JR didn't learn construction from a textbook. He grew up on job sites — watching his father run crews, solve problems on the fly, and build a reputation one handshake at a time. That upbringing became the foundation for what RO Unlimited is today: a company built on the belief that how you do the work matters as much as the work itself.
For more than 25 years, RO Unlimited has been built on a simple mission: build different, build better, and build lasting relationships. Throughout the years, we have had the privilege of building homes for families, creating spaces for entrepreneurs to grow their businesses, and developing properties for investors. We have also partnered with fellow builders by providing professional build-outs and construction services to help bring their projects to life.
